- How close is my nearest Freefoam stockist?Freefoam have an extensive network of authorised stockists throughout the UK and Ireland. Details of your local stockist can be obtained by contacting Freefoam head office who will refer you to the representative for your area.
- Can we over print your product catalogue with our name and prices?No. However, we can provide all product information plus artwork to allow you to produce your own price lists.
- Does Freefoam have BBA & IAB certification?Yes. The Freefoam white PVC-U Roof Trim System is accredited by the British Board of Agrément (BBA, Certificate No. 99/3585/C) and the Irish Agrément Board (IAB, Certificate No. 95/0062).
- Are Freefoam products lead free?
Yes. All Freefoam manufactured cellular foam profiles are made using lead free formulations. The PVC-U skin is manufactured with an advanced technology lead-free stabiliser and the PVC-UE core is manufactured with a tin based stabiliser.
- What type of guarantee do you offer on your products?Freefoam manufactured white and coloured PVC-UE roofline and PVC-U rainwater products are guaranteed subject to the terms and conditions for 10 years from the date of installation of the Freefoam products and this is extended (except in the case of Foiled Woodgrain products) to 20 years from that date if (but only if) the installation in question has been fitted exclusively with Freefoam products and the installation duly registered with Freefoam Plastics through their website www.freefoam.com within one month of its completion.
- What range of products do you supply?Freefoam manufacture & supply a broad range of PVC-U and PVC-UE fascia, soffit, cladding & rainwater systems for roofline and cladding applications. Profiles are available in a wide range of colours including white, black, leather brown, wine red, rustic green, regal blue, pale gold, sable, storm grey and four shades of woodgrain – light oak, black ash, rosewood and mahogany. We also supply our Geo-panel™ range of interior decorative panelling.
- What point of sale materials does Freefoam provide?We provide our network of authorised stockists with a wide range of point of sale materials including stockist boards, product wall charts, sample boxes, product swatches, brochures, product catalogues, IAB & BBA certificates, technical guides, fixing guides and drop leaflets for installers.
- If I experience any problems with your products will Freefoam honour their guarantee and resolve my problems quickly?A priority visit by a Freefoam Representative will be made in order to resolve any problems you might have.
- What quality certification do you have?We operate to ISO 9001:2000 standards, have IAB & BBA accreditation, and offer an extended 20 year guarantee on our products. Since the company was established in 1990, we have never had a complaint about discolouration of our profiles.
- Do you provide samples of your products?Yes, we can supply samples of all our products which you in turn can pass on to your customers. We also have a standard sample box which shows our core products; a branded swatch of our Geo-panel™ range of interior decorative panelling; a display board of our new Fortex™ textured wood effect range; and a colour range swatch.
